Employer of Record customers can offer their employees life insurance selections that best meet their needs, including:
Flexible coverage of up to $600,000 total protection
Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), and Permanent Disability (PD) coverage
Flexible opt-in on a per-country and per-employee basis

We design our global benefits offering in two parts: mandatory statutory benefits and optional core benefits.
Global Life Insurance is part of Remote's core benefits offering, ensuring that our employees and their families have additional financial security. This approach is aligned with our philosophy that benefits should always be considered part of core compensation for global employees.
Along with life insurance, our core benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance for income protection in case of illness or accident, and pension or retirement funds for financial security across the majority of countries we support.
All core benefits are optional where possible, according to local regulations, so businesses have maximum flexibility to build a custom approach to global benefits and compensation.
